Mixed fiber including cotton sounds like a bad idea to me. Plus for some reason it is heavier than the coated fabric. My vote would be the 70D ripstop.

sorry forgot the other one.
Flourocarbon = "Fluro carbon water resistant ripstop....Poly Cotton Mix". This is only water resistant and cotton is less than ideal for prolonged outdoor use. You want the material to be waterproof. Get one of the PU nylon materials.
