Mines a 1.9SL so IDK...whats yours...is it DL?...Just curious, because I was thinking of purchasing a RG for myself.
I miss my 4.8Lb base weight as a ground dweller...But I sure DON'T MISS the ground.
Hmmm... Mine is gonna be nylon taffeta SL, supposed to be ~1.8 oz/yd. perhaps papasmurf will clarify.... Also, i don't want to hijack the thread here, hopefully this weight discussion is relevant?

A couple of differences in Mugs DangerBird was the Momentum 90 overcover & Polypro straps. I'm not sure if that accounts for all of the 1.15 oz or not.
Sometimes "they weigh what they weigh".
I believe this discussion is relevant to the thread because Dream Hammock doesn't offer a factory manufactured product available in just a couple different weights and sizes. Each hammock can be customized to suit the individual user and they do often vary in weight.
Lightest DangerBird so far 16.25 oz.
Heaviest DangerBird so far 59.90 oz.

Understood. But if the my DB which has the M90 over cover, plus mosquito cover and weighs 22.625oz/640gm..and thats with RL organizer, JRB lantern, and swapped out WB Tri Buckles on amsteel loops, then I would think the RG would weigh less because it does not have the M90, not actually weigh more at 23.80. Thats all I am trying to get clarification on.
Dosen't matter...because the PSDB is the fa-shizzle.

^^^^ Thank you for the clarification.
I had no idea that the M90 weighed so little. But I am glad to have some info to make some evaluated decisions.
