    Ridgeline fan

First sorry for the huge pics.
I had a junky cooling fan for a game console that plugged into a USB port, http://www.tmart.com/pgallery/USB-Qu...3_p123228.html had 4 2" mini fans in a row. Well I asked my Hubby if he could rig one of them to a 9v battery for me. He came back with all four ready to go. They put out just enough airflow and are quite. I dont have a weight but I think it would be about oz more then the 9v weighs.

Hanging in my WBBB, the carrying bag doubles to hold the battery while hanging.

    Packed ready to go

This is after he hung my hammock in the bedroom so I could sleep without pain from a shoulder injury! He's the best!

Anyone that hangs inside have the odd feeling of a (what I call it) "Dead" hang? There is no "give" "flex" for obvious reasons. Just a odd feeling.

Cool... I just use the "off" brand bug repellent thing you hang on your hip... I figured out it could be jimmied into just running without the poison insert... Works for me batteries supposedly last 30+ hrs...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

Old Gringo hepped me to the fat that you can depress the little flapper doodle switch with a twig while turning the main switch to "On" without the nsert being inside.

I can confirm the 30 hours as I tested one and it ran that long, but don't count on much airflow in the last 3 or 4 hours. Used thoughtfully, you could get three nights out of one.

I love both ideas. Will have to try them. Love the air flow.
