I'm a two piece preferred person myself, but I keep trying the CRL, I just don't seem to find the CRL that useful.

Have people found that using a 2 piece RL with prussic along with the Dutch RL hooks are as easily adjustable as a CRL. I am thinking about trying a two piece on my new hex tarp to save the weight of 10ft of line minimal weight however every gram does count.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
Rip has the best setup I have seen,,2 piece with the dutch flyz are quick on tieing,,awesome fast and super tight,,prussics to adjust perfectly over the hammock,,and for side tie downs,,prussics on your tieouts to adjust for tightness...very effective and sweet,,as well as light. I love it,,Rip,,put your video back on here of how you hang your tarp.

Rip those vids were so helpful thanks a million. Im totally gonna use that same set up for my new tarp RL which should be here any day now. Gotta love the ease of Dutchwear.

stuff i've been able to glean here on the forums, and wanted to share with the rest of our hammock family. i know its available info elsewhere,,, but both work great for me---- and what i've settled on.

I thought that looked familiar. I'm thinking of emulating the first video. I like the adjustability from inside the tarp. Gredemeer was doing that sort of set up.
