    Tadpole is here!

I have come to love wilderness logics, and can comfortably say that they have by far become my favorite business to work with! I sent Marty an email on Sunday night about the tadpole and he got back to right away that night! I then placed the order and it was shipped Monday morning.... Fast forward a couple days to Wednesday and my new tarp arrived in the mail! I could not be happier with the quality of the tarp and I am looking forward to taking it out this weekend!

Big thanks to wilderness logics for being such a great company!

A fantastic company to deal with and Marty is a fantastic person to deal with! Enjoy that new gear!

Another recipient of a couple of Tadpoles as of 2 days ago. No issues with the transaction at all and shipping was pretty quick into Canada.

Of course I popped open one and hung it over the railing just to see what it looked like. A little thicker feeling material than my Superfly but still much lighter overall package, weighing in at 11.3oz packed in the stuff sack (although Marty does advertise a 10.5oz packed weight). Compare that to my 4 season SF which weighs in at 24oz packed (although this does include JRB's line tensioners on the 4 corners, shock cord on the pull outs, also shock cord with cord locks for the doors and 2 small figure 9's for the ridgeline and of course hte stuff sack). So I guess to be fair I'm going to have to move the hardware over to the Tadpole and compare. I'll post back after brekky!

And like with most things we bring home and open, I was not able to fold the Tadpole as neatly as Marty after and stuffed it back in the stuffsack (I mean it is called a stuff sack after all - not a neatly folded sack) so it now looks almost twice as big in the sack. The pic doesn't really show it but the sack is quite full vs the unopened one (top 2 are Tadpoles and bottom is the SF)
