Right now I have whoopies on my HH, and I need them on my other hammock more. Once I take the whoopies off how do I redo the suspension with the original ropes?

Hey JocobW
I'm not sure where on the Forum it is but do a search for the video from Opie I think did it on how to install the whoopie slings. The original suspension would go on the same way.
I just found a post by Opie It was called instructional videos. He shows the video I was referring to. I don't know how to link it here. Just search Opie instructional videos.
Here you go:
Thank you very much! Would I tie a knot to form a loop, or just form a loop and not tie it?
Re-watching that video, it looks like you're basically forming a knot with the first part (the fixed eye). I think you might be okay if you pulled the rest of that end through to use as the suspension end, and had the far side tucked under the back (where it came through the first hole, closer to the body of the hammock). That shouldn't pull loose after tightening it all down.
I vaguely remember another video detailing it that started from taking the cover off on the original, so you got to see the stock suspension, I think. I'm posting from the phone at the moment, but let me boot up the computer and I'll see if I can find it.

This video from Stu @ Whoopieslings.com shows the removal of the original suspension on a HH before installing whoopie slings...hopefully it shows enough that you can reverse the process to put the original suspension back on.
Thanks very much guys. I think I can figure it out now.
