    Doublin up

I know there have been a few discussions about sleeping two people in a hammock. Well, when Genuine Draft joined me on the AT I knew she would be cold and a little freaked about sleeping in the woods. So I had her bring my TrekLight Double and I ordered a SnugFit.

Long story short; we slept together in the same hammock for about 3 weeks and I'm here to tell you it was comfortable and ridiculously warm. After lots of experimenting, the best position for us to sleep in is the same way we usually sleep at home. Here's the pic, ain't she cute?

Oh, and here's what she woke-up to her first morning on the Trail. Nothing like having that first poop in the woods while sitting on a snow covered log. LOL!

She did good and I'm still proud the 400+ miles she hiked with me.

That's awesome Cannibal. You guys certainly look cozy all snuggled up in the hammock.

Pretty cozy lookin'. I guess you'd have to be in a fairly non-argumentative mood for that?

    Oh yea!

Getting up to use the facilities means both people wake-up, but if it's cold this is totally the way to sleep.

Sorry. Result of a temper tantrum. I've still got the pics and I'll get them re-posted ASAP.

I'm actually interested in these pics, not sure if you forgot, but I'm curious to observe what two in the hammock looks like.
