I am about to order some silnylon from Noah Lamport to make 2 11 x 10 hex tarps for around $50 or so. They have silnylon 2nds for $3/yd. I've already made one HUGE tarp with material from them for less than $40.

    Appreciated

I really appreciate all the info. I was definately thinking about this project with some wrong thinking. I want to do it because it is a hobby so cost is less of a factor but it seemed like I was doing something off. The info is great.

Love your channel by the way. We are going to be in the Linville Gorge area next week and can't wait. Been a long time since I was in the NC mountains. I grew up a few miles north of Durham and always loved going out there, but since moving to PA this is our first time there. (14 years)
