Scooter, FYI, I have both a 1.7 dl and a 1.1 dl. The 1.7 has whoopie sling suspension with an adjustable ridgeline. The 1.1 has stock webbing suspension. I get a good lay in both. I don't have any scales but the 1.7 is lighter than the 1.1. Both are nice for different reasons. You will love your blackbird once you get it all dialed in. Happy Hanging.
