    I'm Back!

I sort of disappeared back in February or so. There were a couple of people here I left hanging (no pun intended) when it happened, so let me apologize for that first off.

It has been a pretty wild few months. Two moves, a job change, and now I'm enrolled in a real butt kicker of a college program. 20 credits per semester, 4 semesters straight

Anyway, I have a few weeks that are fairly quiet before the next semester starts, and I think I'm going to have an opportunity to get out in the woods. I thought I'd also take advantage of the down time to try and get active here again.

So, hello again to all! Glad to see things are just as active and friendly as they always have been!

If - if he stood! Enough of ifs!

He knew a spring that wanted drinking
A thought that wanted further thinking.
    A love that wanted re-renewing

Welcome back, and I think you need some hang time to de-stress from all that studying.

Welcome back! I'll be up in the ANF in 9 days doing some hiking. PM me if you want any details.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Yeah, burning off a little stress would be nice. Up until yesterday I was working 25 hours a week and in class an additional 40 hours a week. I'm absolutely fried.

I'm living about 5 miles south of the NCT, not far from where it crosses in to PA from Ohio. I'm seriously thinking about just hopping on there in late July and quitting when I hit New York. I can carve out 9 or 10 days around then to get in to the woods.

Two Tents, what are your dates? I don't know my schedule yet next week, but I'd like to get out for a day or two on a shake down cruise and test some new gear out.

Friday the 29th. I am staying right near the trail head at Minister creek. Saturday the 30th it's a short drive to Henrys' Mill. From there I'll be going on the North Country trail south to the shelter and return same way Sunday July 1. I'm on your way if you want to carpool.
