    Lake George, FL.

Hey there. Visited my Dad on Christmas and decided to hang in the backyard. He lives next to a canal in Georgetown. Didn't need to worry about the gators because his property is all fenced off from the critters. Of course he thought I was slightly loony for wanting to sleep out in the "cold". Felt relatively warm compared to Indiana. First time user of the jarbridge Uq, and I can say that it worked really well. Only got down to the 50s. Sometimes it would slip around a little, but was easy to reach around and adjust it to cover my shoulders. Once I got settled it stayed in place through the night. Very easy setup. The eno profly kept my gear dry during a heavy rain through one day. I had to get creative with my suspension around that big tree and looped 2 straps together. Went fishing everyday and had a good time. The fish were not biting too much, but saw an Eagle swoop down right by our boat and grab a very large black bird right out of the sky 20 feet in front of us. Supercool![IMG][/IMG]
i put these photos on flickr, and added the url to the picture icon, but they are not showing up. ::??

Actually we were out fishing, motoring along Salt Spring and the Eagle came down and was pacing our boat, and I said "hey Dad , check that out!" next thing we knew he swooped up and grabbed a huge black bird right in front of us. Big freakin eagle. I think he was watching us catch next to nothing and wanted to show how its done...

Great report! Glad you enjoyed the hang.

Capturing the orange on the tree in the picture was a nice touch. Or is that lemons?
