Saw this up last night, but I just had to wait till this morning to watch it with a cup of joe. +1 on Whipping Post on the mando--really liked it. I'm glad you survive all of this and then share it with us. While your BBQ video made me want to smoke some meat and stir some sauce, your hamma-batics video does not inspire me to want to stand on my head in a hammock--wonder why?

No....I ain't right or wrong))))) Backyard is about as off-road as I get on the tall boy! Ridgeline sure helped.

i normally just sleep in mine,but that was hammockertaining(?) to watch.made me realize how much a hammock resembles a sling shot.....especially when you are around one.hmmm...hammock+bungi suspension....hmmm

That was an heck of a cover, there, Shug! Never heard it done on a mandolin before, but I've got to say that it works really well!

How many cameras do you go through, on average, in a year? I know I'd kill a camera every fourth or fifth shot if I tried to do what you do with yours!

Whippin' Post works out good on bluegrass instruments....really fun. Gotta give the mandolin some rock time! I am only on my second camera.

Thankee....only my second camera though. May be on third soon but summer is my "non filming" time so a video hiatus is here. Maybe the camera will enjoy the rest.
