    That is great! I have been thinking of making a plastic sheet tarp just for this reason, but yours is SO much clearer! Going to have to make one like it.

    New to hammocks; previously just tarp camping, but I always just stayed out in the open if it was clear skies with a clear forecast. I think this would be a nice compromise.


    Is it pretty noisy or does it stay pretty quiet when your moving it around?

    Very cool! FYI: I have found that strapping tape glues dry up and turn to powder in 1-1.5 years . .. I wonder if Tyvek tape would last longer...

    I love how it looks, but have concerns that your grommets might pull out over time. I wonder if 1" tape to plastic D-Rings wouldn't have more longevity.

    I'll have to go try this!
