Nice job!
Nice job!
That is great! I have been thinking of making a plastic sheet tarp just for this reason, but yours is SO much clearer! Going to have to make one like it.
New to hammocks; previously just tarp camping, but I always just stayed out in the open if it was clear skies with a clear forecast. I think this would be a nice compromise.
Is it pretty noisy or does it stay pretty quiet when your moving it around?
Very cool! FYI: I have found that strapping tape glues dry up and turn to powder in 1-1.5 years . .. I wonder if Tyvek tape would last longer...
I love how it looks, but have concerns that your grommets might pull out over time. I wonder if 1" tape to plastic D-Rings wouldn't have more longevity.
I'll have to go try this!

nicely done!
Beautiful :-)
It gives its full meaning back to the expression "sleeping under the stars", congratulations.
great idea. i may have to try this out just for the fun of it.
Hops
Summer nights and a full view of the star filled sky. Priceless!!
What are the dimensions of your tarp? It looks long - I like that.
That is really cool.
What do you think about sewing those curtains?
I was thinking of maybe sewing a rope into the edge for tie outs...
Great idea!
