Andrea?

I was reading a post here and someone mentioned an 'Andrea' who works at Dutchware.

Now maybe I missed something but this is news to me. As far as I was aware it was only Dutch designing stuff, Shug testing it by riding his unicycle over it repeatedly, the magical elves doing all the real work, and Skytanium the wonder dog flying the gear backwards around the earth so as to get it to us all the day before we ordered it.

So who is this Andrea in customer service? My guess is that she was some kind old senior citizen trying to eke out a living selling day old sandwiches outside a Phillies game, and Dutch, as Dutch is wont to be, took compassion on her and offered her a warm place to live and so now she lives with the elves and takes turns harnessing up and feeding Skytanium. Either that or it's actually Shug under an assumed name based on his living in witness protection.

Whoever she is, it sounds like she's a great fit for Dutchwaregear. Welcome, Andrea!

I am on the Appalachian Trail right now somewhere north of Great Barrington and Cheshire. Andrea is my General Manager and keeps all the cogs moving in the right direction. she was my first employee, except Eagle Eye (RIP) but he was more of a private contractor. She is also known as the Spreadsheet Princess Warrior. We have drastically grown our ranks of elves and they will just start dancing and singing Umpa Lumpa songs if they are not kept in check.
Andrea has made this last years growth possible and she will be making future growth possible. I couldn't think of a better person to run the show.

Enjoy the rest, Dutch. Glad to hear Andrea is keeping the Oompa Loompa song from being sung.
