I know that some of you have it. The smallest I've been able to find is 3/32".

West Marine has all kind of stuff like that, not sure if they carry that small. Otherwise, call Piragis in Ely, they probably have it laying about.
Thanks Soundman, I hit the "Buy-it-now" button!

Joann's has 1/16, I think.. It's sold in a blister pack... cheap...

Hilarious. I am searching for some bright colored stuff also. 3/32 is much easier to find.

Joans got it in blister pack but I prefer their bulk roll of stuff. It's white
Noobs: Mad777 has been around the block a few times and through season changes. He'd agree with me that light is nice, but you want to be cautious in using elastic cord this thin in extremely cold weather, where it gives up entirely. So think again about sewing this in gear.
Speaking for myself: I used some 1/16" "shock cord" from the sewing world to pull gently on some bug net.
It lasted about 3 outings. OK, so the fabric surface wound around it wasn't rated to have prussic's wrapped on for adjust-ability. I didn't need more tug than that, but I replaced it with shorter, heavier pieces.
Mike knows what he is doing, and he would agree that shorter lengths, --just enough -- of robust shock cord is better than lots of thinner stuff.
I believe Zpacks sells it...
They do. I made the mistake of buying some before looking at the width back when I first did my PLUQ. I might have some kicking around somewhere...let me check when I get up in the AM...
Edit: Unfortunately, I must've used it for something...or maybe the wife did. Anyway, it's not in my bitz box like I'd expected. Sorry.
