    yep it's a Byer of Maine. My great-grandfather's brother started that company back in the late 1800s.

    Yep, Amazonas Moskito Traveller Hammock.
    They're nice little hammocks, but can be very frustrating when the cords at the ends get tangled up. We had one fail on a trip once.

    My son took this one to Trail Days a couple years ago. We heard a "ping, ping, ping" sound in the middle of the night as the cords started snapping one by one. He managed to get out of the hammock just before it failed. Ended up larksheading a whoopie sling on one end that really shortened it up, but at least he was able to make it through the night with it.
