I wouldn't worry about it. I think we have the DO's covered. I made up packages for batches for 6 cobblers, 3 cornbreads, 6 MM breakfasts, biscuits and beignets. If you feel the need to cook something in a DO you can use one of mine (I wrote instructions on the ziplock bags).

I'm packing a dozen eggs, a pound of sausage, plus cheese, chopped onions & peppers to contribute to the MM breakfast. I'm hoping olddog will make a pot of his cheesy grits (the best I've ever eaten)!

Also bringing the ingredients for Richtorfla's scrumptious pineapple upside down cake that he most graciously shared with me.

For Friday & Saturday nights, I'll make a D.O. of beef stew one night and red beans & rice the other (Bablefish5 recipe).

Richtorfla, did you say lunch? I think not!

My campfire cooking skills are remiss, but I will bring a dozen eggs, a pound or so of sausage and a slab of cheese along with a bag of charcoal to be thrown into the group of accomplished chefs in attendance.

My stomach is starting to rumble. This is a good thing!!! <G>

Besides the kids running around,i have the feeling I'll be one of the younger ones there...

I'll bring some slabs of bacon n stuff.not exactly sure, but I gotta contribute

Cheezy bacon grits for breakfast F,S,Su,M. Cornbread for evenings F,S,SU. Cobblers for dessert F,S,Su. And a big pot of chicken cabbage soup Sunday evening. Don't plan on much lunch!
