    This just in...

Nest and Sniveller have been received!

Quick delivery even to the great white North. Products are excellent. I also got a couple of compression sacks. They look small but I'm sure they'll fit my quilts. The speed sack small was also received to fit my HH hex tarp. All in all I'm very happy with the service, the fit and the finish of these products.

Congrats! My new tarp arrived today. Unfortunately I had to mow the yard and grill dinner. I'll have to put it up tomorrow. It'll be a long day at work.

Congrats on the new gear! Nice that it came through no issues (sometimes Canada Post just likes to go off the ol' deep one)!

    Gentlemen

As the saying goes. Pics or it didn't happen.

    Congrats on the new gear.

    Cheers

Yup that's a beast. How small does it pack down too?

Poop. Didn't think to measure before. I'll measure the after when I get home. It was a fairly small (considering) package. Definitely bigger than my MacCat but that's to be expected.

ETA: Top is the JRB. Bottom is the MacCat Deluxe.

Here the JRB packed down about an inch smaller than the MacCat. I'd say they're actually fairly comparable and I'll chalk the differences up to packing style for each. The weights per my scale are 19.1 for the JRB and 14.8 for the MacCat. However, for just 4.3 oz more I think the JRB will provide considerably more coverage and pitching options. I'll try to do some tests this weekend. If not this weekend then hopefully when I go camping next weekend.
