Yep Jefferson for sure, so is this declared the location of choice? If so I will update the title and main body of my first post. What times/days do you guys like?

sweet... a game plan is a'brewin'! (though, now I am starting to feel a bit reticent fearing my lethargic, gimpy-knee'd, inexperienced self will be a hinderance to the hike/hang)

If I had to nail down one weekend, it'd be the 2nd weekend in August. Before that is out. After that, things start to pick up with kids and school prep (wife is a school teacher).

I'm out of the area pretty much all of August while visiting the fam in the Midwest.

Lynchburg! I have friends that live down there. You work at liberty?

Yep I do. I think we might wait till it cools down a bit rather than rush an August trip. That way we can get more involved.

Guy! I'm in Brookneal and would love to hook up for a hang! I'm always looking for a hike, too. Do you have any dates in mind? I'm gone on vaca for the next two weekends, but we're only just getting into decent camping weather again. Let me know!

Mt Pleasant is good one too. Lots of choice hang sites and good hookup to the AT. The only thing missing is a swim hole. :\
