I'd need the XL too. If you bought it new and haven't used it, like with an Immersion pack, you used to be able to call them and exchange it if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, it has the molle-style webbing on both sides. Note that the Vapor style belt has the 1" stabilizer straps on each side and no grommet in the middle of the lumbar area.
