Doctari, that pretty much looks like you now. Actually, that's what you're wearing next weekend, isn't it? Or are you wearing the pink kilt?
Here's my photo.

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
NO, wait, that's the wrong photo. Here it is:

Geez, I don't know what's wrong with me...here's the right one.

Bonsaihiker, you crack me up. I guess I will have to put up a real photo I have of you somewhere, if you don't mind. LOL
But really, I thought it would be great to be able to recognize one another, AND put a name or trail name in association with the face. I am always embarrassed that
I forget so many names.

Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.
Hey, I was looking for a good map of Miller Hollow and I came across this site AND they actually had found and posted a couple of my photos about the Deam there.
I can't remember if I posted them, and it also says Leversofpower may have posted them. Good ole Gabe. Check it out.

HA!!! You DID have a photo of me! Thanks, Mule, no one else has ever wanted to photograph me, for some reason. LOL!
Actually, the second one I posted above is pretty much how I feel this morning, after fighting a nasty head cold for the past week. Should be gone by next weekend, I hope.
Here are a few other photos of me for those of you I haven't yet met. Wish I looked as good as Mule's photo of me, but I'll just be happy the way I am...

I found this photo on Google Earth (Panoramio) of the intersection just East of the Fire Tower. Thought it would be good for those like me who've never been in the area and might be arriving in the dark. I can't seem to attach it, but the link is here: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/37836284
Mule, are you bringing your photography gear? I might just do the same. Might be fun to take a photography hike together and learn from each other....

Folks remember to bring your aluminum bud/light bottles for trade. I just got/made a bunch of cool stuff. Should probably leave them in the car though I really don't want to hike out a ton of empties.

I actually don't know where that outfit is, somewhere in my basement I suspect. Haven't worn it since I made the pink one.
As to wearing the pink kilt, it's for special occasions (Highland weekend at ORF) ONLY! Sorry! I love it, but don't want it hurt, & you know how hiking can be on clothing.
For those interested: the pink outfit in question, with the matching kilt, literally 2 minutes after I got it as a gift! Two minutes before this picture was taken, I was in my EMT outfit,,, yea, when motivated I can change clothes REAL FAST!
Notice the argyle socks, pink of course.
When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.
Its been a rough week!! I'm ready to hit the woods!!
