Took the dive Kelty Noah 12x12

Well my tarps arrived today! I got to set it up and check it out. I made a vid on it too. I'll post some pics here as well. I am very happy with the quality of the tarp. It is big enough for me to even close the doors in the winter. Yeah its heavy, but it will work. Hopefully I will get to give it a good test soon.

You have YEARS of enjoying this tarp ahead of you. These are excellent tarps, and have all sorts of uses and many ways to set them up.
    Enjoy!!

I love my Kelty 12 when double hanging with my husband. It covers both hammocks with no problem.

I've considered a Kelty 9 but then wondered whether it would be big enough. But the 12 looks really big, and really versatile. Great luck with it.

Tonight I took the plunge and ordered my Hennessy Explorer with the Hex-Fly tarp. I was also considering adding the Kelty 12 or the 16 to use as a cover for both the motorcycle/kayak (whichever trip I'm on) as well as the hammock. Do you think the 12 is big enough or would it need to be the 16?

If you get the 16' Kelty you are going to be limited to the places in which you can hang it between trees comfortable. I would think the 12' should do the job.

The 12 is an ideal length to cover a hammock in diamond pitch.
