    Cross over

    This weekend I tried something new. My three year old son and I went camping, so I had to bring the tent. I got to the site and had a idea, I put up the tent between two trees and slung my hammock inside the tent. It worked amazingly well! No tarps, no nets and no rocks in my back. Two small holes in my tent are easy to cover and my son thinks camping in the coolest thing ever. Try this out, I think you'll like it

    That is no different that how I use my Canvas wedge tent for winter hanging. I have posted video and pictures of that setup previously.

    I suspect the OP has one of those large 4-6 man dome tents with doors on both ends.

    It's a square 9x9 foot tent, that you lay out and them pull up in the center and it pops together. As for pictures, I promised no phone which for me me means no camera, but ill do it again soon a get pictures. When my cell phone rings, my son yells "daddy is leaving". I feel for him, so we leave it behind when we can.
