    Tad Pole

I just bought a hammock and I'm trying to find lightest tarp for the value. In the last 24 hours I've discovered OES, Warbonnet, and now Wilderness Logics. The Tad Pole seems to be same size, but a lot cheaper and not much variance between the weights of its competitor. I just might be going this route when $85 shows up in my bank account for it.

i took my Tadpole for a rainy 2 night hang up at John Rock in Brevard NC.
coverage was great and totally dry. i've user it about 20 trips, and no seam seal needed to date.

The Tadpole is way more tarp than ya pay for. It is and shall be my favorite sil tarp. Good coverage to weight ratio. If only a cuben Tadpole existed. With doors! Ohhhh baby!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Go with the green tadpole. I've owned A LOT of tarps an was pleasantly surprised with the WL green. I definitely prefer the hue of the color from underneath over my grey tarps.

    Just my $.02

For $95, the Arrowhead Equip. Toxaway deserves to be in the discussion. Differentiating factor there is a 12' ridgeline for same weight as other 11' tarps. Still, hard to beat the Tadpole if you don't need 12'.

He got the green fabric back in stock Friday. I ordered it Saturday, but it has yet to be shipped. He shot me an email saying he currently filling backorders. I also ordered some tree straps while I was at it. I cannot wait for it to arrive, I love buying new gears.
