    Need bug net ideas

I need a low cost solution for a bug net to fit my Traveler. If I spend any more significant money on gear I will be sleeping outdoors, permanently, if wife has anything to say about it!

and I dont really sew, so its gotta be something i can pick up cheap that will fit my WB Traveler. Any ideas???

The fronkey design is super easy and minimal sewing is required. Knotty had another design with almost no sewing.

Buttinasling has one for about the best price I've seen without having to make one.

Good luck! I'm doing a fronkey design as well. There is a thread the other day that gave the idea to use two mesh curtains from walmart. The holes are smaller than noseeum netting and it is 100% polyester. Best of all it only costs $10 for those panels. That is what I decided to do. I'm sewing it up tonight. If you want a very low cost solution that is a suggestion.

I like DeJohna's HUG, and DK's Half length bug nets.

Less material, less weight, less cost, if DIY'd.

Welcome. My bugnet ended up turning out pretty well. I haven't added the shockcord yet but I might not need it. Using those curtains cuts down on the breeze but I try to camp in cooler weather anyways. The breeze robbing is the only downsize I've found with the walmart curtain bugnet.
