    DIY Ripstop hammock

I just hemmed the first side of my DIY ripstop hammock. It's not exactly straight, but I'm proud I made it through 136 inches of fabric. Now I'm dreading doing the other side haha. After that though it's all downhill sewing the channels on the width. Looking forward to getting it done and hanging! I've never laid in a ripstop hammock before so I'm interested to compare it to the ENO and the tablecloth.

One of the small things I love. Have another on the go myself simply to sew something!

Congrats! I hadn't sewed for five years up until about a month ago (When I got into MYOG/Hammocks). It is starting to come back to me after a few practices. You'll get better quick. It isn't real hard.
