    Storage question

Is there a right or wrong way to store a hammock or it's accessories?

    Thanks,
    Brian

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.

I've always left my gear in their stuff sacs as long as they are dry. Quilts are uncompressed in a large storage tote. All my hammocks I leave stuffed. If I had the room I'd probably hang everything loose and unstuffed.

I prefer to leave everything loosely stuffed inside breathable bags -cotton or mesh (after a thorough 'airing-out' of course). Down i leave fully uncompressed.

I leave non insulating things stuffed... Insulating things get hung if i can, big pillow case other ways...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

All my quilts are always hung until I need them and everything else is in stuff sacks.
After every outing I set everything up when I get home just to make sure everything is dry and clean before anything is stored.
