Great video! Thanks. I've been meaning to ask Shug and keep forgetting, so I'll ask you. Does making these vids add or subtracted from your travels? I get up to some fun stuff and never film it because it's seems like to much time and trouble. On HF everyone is on this no pic and it never happened thing, which I don't get at all. Pics are fine but in the moment to stop and get the camera out is counter intuitive for me.

Nice trip and some good looking ovens indeed!

Did I spot some five fingers in that vid or was my mind playing tricks on me?

    Thanks for the hike along!

I personally just started shooting some vid and find it adds to my trip(s). A lot of stuff is NOT filmed since I was too late or busy enjoying the moment and even a lot that IS filmed is edited out. Too much same same scenery, shots with half a face in there (that is called practice!).... Some trips I don't shoot any vid/pics ... not much lately I admit but still....

Thanks man!! I think it adds to the trip, because I can watch it later. About taking the camera out all the time, I always have mine mounted on the top of my treckking pole (REI "HIKER" walking stick) so I wont miss a moment. The only down side to that is my camera looks like its been through hell and back! Hope that helps.

    Thanks for checking it out!

Not sure about the five fingers, Sorry.

I my self get wrapped up in the moment and miss out on filming awesome scenery, animals, and other cool stuff. It's alright though, just keep on filming, the video is all in the edit!
