    Bivvy Hammock Video

Thing1 and I made a new video yesterday for The Bivvy Hammock (formerly known as the Survival Hammock). It has some new features: removable structural ridgeline, full width noseeum window, 4' openings on both sides, and a pocket on the edge. A still picture is attached.

That's awesome! What are the chances of seeing a vid of it in bivy mode?

That looks like a nice set up. I think a Dutch hook or mitten hook would be nice to get the bug screen off the face. Thank's for sharing the bowline knot from previous video also. You do quality work.

Nice set up ... looks like you might have a winner there.

You are entyrely welcome! In addition ot a Dutch hook, a Dutch Buckle would be useful if you did not want to tie the Non-Inverting Slippery Bowline. You can get the MMG Bivvy Hammock, Dutch hooks and Dutch Buckles on the same web site: OutdoorTrailGear.com.

There were minor pricing changes today.

The best way to purchase is through OutdoorTrailGear.com.

I like it....alot! I could also see having a seperate piece of nylon to completely cover the netting, perhaps secured with a few tabs of velcro in times of high winds or really cold temps.

    BTW...what does it weigh?
