I Spent the last few night doing some research on one of my favorite forums (wink wink), and came up with a designed for my own hammock I thought would be perfect. So with alot of cussing and determination this is what I came up with. Big shout out to Headchange4U and Knotty on the hammock forums for some brilliant ideas.

Nice looking rig! It might just be me, but it looked like you could use a litte more sag in your suspension...shoot for 30 degrees. Slacken your lines out and place them higher on the trees, your hammock should stay at about the same height.
You are right kinda hard with those trees they are kinda close but good enough for testing gear

How did you gather the ends? Did you use the Hennessy fold-in-half-repeatedly method, or just scrunch them together, or the W-fold, or something else?

I did it almost how headchange4u did in his post but I used 6 folds per side so I guess thats kind of Hennessy fold and raiffnuke thanks for getting the embedded player on the post it wouldn't work for me when I get home I post some pics of the folds and close up of the ends

Phone won't let me watch u tube videointerested in how you did your folds. I just rewhipped my diy 90 with a "w" fold. But thinking instead of less folds I need more
