Advice Welcome: Hanging Stock HH Tarp (Or other alternatives)

Can't wait to attend my first hang tomorrow at Gathland! Today I'm cooking and packing my gear, and I'd like to reach out for advice about hanging the stock HH asym tarp.

I'll be converting my HH Exp. tonight to a Whoopie All-In-One suspension that I've had for a while now. I've held off on doing it because the stock tarp will no longer attach to the suspension, so I'll need to hang it separately. I'm not sure about cordage to use, but I have tons of paracord and some nite ize reflective cords with figure 9 beaners. I have the original HH tree huggers, too, but I'm unsure about lengths, ease of setup, and so on. Oh, and I have a $9 wally world 8 x 10 tarp that I've draped over the HH in thunderstorms - not elegant but kept me dry.

The easiest solution would probably be a new, cool tarp, but I'm really limited on funds due to a major illness in the family. Hiking, paddling and hanging are my therapy, as I'm sure it is for many of you. I have made most of my own gear, so I'm not afraid to try my hand at making something that requires cutting and sewing.

The weather looks good for tomorrow afternoon, so no tarp should be 'required' - which frees me up to play with different ideas with y'alls.

Anyways, I'd love to hear your ideas and I look forward to meeting everyone tomorrow!

Can't wait to get there tomorrow! Airsafety, I'm sure if you bring the cordage and tree straps you have, plenty of people will be willing to help you get your tarp rigged up properly on site.

My first hammock was a HH and before the first trip I set it up with Nite Ize Figure 9 to hang the tarp separate. I switched tarps and hammocks a bunch of times but used the Figure 9s until I got a Dutch Flyz last year.
