I'm not overly picky about beer.

Really, I'm more than happy chatting over a few beers. Make things seem a little more civilized somehow.

Not to say that anyone who doesn't enjoy a good cold beer isn't civilized, but I think you're right. I wish some of the world's problems could be solved by a good, honest, open ended conversation over a couple of cold brews. Might not be a bad idea. I'll pick up a few cold ones one the way out of town Patrick. They'll be cold when ya get there.

I'll look forward to it Patrick. I'm leaving in the morning after I drop kiddo off at school, so I should arrive around the same time Ed and Karen are. I was going to leave this morning and just hang out (pun intended) an extra day, but the short guy wanted me to stay. I'm still waiting to hear from Peanuts, though to see if she needs a ride in from Asheville or not. If she does, I'll be there later, otherwise, I'll be there fairly early. See ya in Hot Springs. Who all are you riding with?

Um... I don't know! Right now I'm driving slowhike and lvleph, and I need to check in with Just Jeff to see if he's able to come and can meet us. We should be leaving out of Winston-Salem as close to 5pm as possible, with a dinner stop somewhere on the way. Details to follow for those affected.
