VIDEO: Lost footage of the 2012 NEHHA

Hi all ... fiddling with technology I ran across this footage of us breaking camp the last day of the 2012 NEHHA, with some good shots of some of the usual suspects. I ran around for a bit bothering people with my camera. I ain't too good with it yet, but it is what it is.

Matt (MBNOW) was busy still cooking? and chatting with his imaginary friends, so we let him be. Russ (JerseyBear1) was just sad that he wasn't cooking any more after making 3,262 pancakes and several pounds of bacon for breakfast. Everyone else was fiddling with ropes and knots, tarps and hammocks.

==> I dunno ... you were pretty intense about the tangled lines you were wrestling with! LOL! The footage (even with music too loud!) was shot by hand (no StikPic) but still came out sorta okay, I think.

MBNOW was suffering dehydration from the hike you guys took, I think, and was seemingly lost in MBNOWland with the fire pit! ROFL!

I am looking at a site for the Fall NEHHA hang out here ... will try to get some info this weekend if I can for Harold Parker State Forest.

NEHHA was a blast again this year!

Was that a camp rocking chair I could see? It looked like a great group, great hang spot (no wonder you all want to go back), and a great hang – plenty of happy hangers! Thanks for the walk around hang town!

===> Good eyes, there, Brucie! Yep - that was my camp rocker! Got it from LL Bean, but they don't carry it anymore. You can still find them (I think) at Cabelas. Really nice to sit around the fire when car camping and rock the evening away! Too heavy for backpacking, though.

You make it sound so good! It sure would be good to rock the night away around a camp fire in one of those chairs – you’d be the envy of all! The back rest looks high enough to use as a head rest too.
