30% discount on ENO Guardian Bugnet - $39

I just got an ENO Guardian Bug net for $39 with free shipping from Campgear.com. They have a 30% off sale with the coupon code SHIMFF30.

Most of their stuff is listed at MSRP, like the Guardian was at $55, but the 30% and free shipping brings it down to $39, best I've seen on the ENO Guardian in a long time.

I already have one ENO Guardian, but at that price a second gives me a second homemade hammock I can use to get a friend or noobie out into the woods.

BTW - the discount code was posted by an employee of campgear.com on backpacker mag forum, and he took a little heat for not disclosing he was an employee when he first posted. I have no affiliation with him or that company other than I just used the discount to get an ENO guardian

    eno bugnet

Thanks. I just ordered an eno guardian from the site you suggested. How are things in Buffalo? I have a lot of family there.

I just got back from an all day hike in Allegany Start Park. I spend a lot of time there. I took some friends hammock camping at one of the lean-toes on the NCT in Allegany last week, one of which is having an issue with a Claytor Jungle (that I had recommended). Hopefully the issue gets resolved with Tom quickly. Otherwise I'll have to stop recommending them.

Buffalo was hot the last two days...well...hot for us...mid 90's both days. But a cold front is rolling in Sunday and will drop the highs to the low 80's for next week.

Maybe someday if you visit your family we can get together for an hang. East Otto State Forest just south of Springville has some nice (and free) car camping sites (but it is hard to find one unoccupied during big game season)

Crap. Where was this 3 days ago, lol. While I wouldn't have been able to use my REI dividend, could have saved myself some coin. Never fails, my timing sucks.

I looked too and it must have gone away. I didn't see any ENO products at all.

yep - looks like it is gone - the HH is still there.

I guess either they had a small supply, or were just drop shipping and decided to pull the product because they were losing too much.

Not a good way to start building a reputation, unless they want a bad reputation.

I ordered something else from them last week that hasn't yet been shipped even though they tagged my papal account on the day of the order. I'll give them one more business day before raising hell about it.

I see backpacker knocked off the deceptive employee's post, but only have he or she had gotten beaten up badly for the deception.
