    Grand Trunk Nano 7

I'm considering one of these! I looked at the WB Traveler but it weighs 12oz! The Nano comes in at 7. How substantial are these? Can you get a diagonal lay? I'm 5'4" & weigh 128#! I've hung in a GT UL & didn't like all the excess fabric that kept falling into my face! The Nano is shorter & more narrow!
I don't want to waste my money if these are cheap junk!
    Opinions welcomed!

I'm 6'0 and have enjoyed the gt ul.
If your smaller and want the smaller hammock, the nano is probably a good choice.
The fabric has held Pretty well so far for me. So I'd recommend it.

you could also look at the BIAS weight weenie micro I think it is an ounce or two lighter. But I have heard good things from both hammocks so
i don't think you can go wrong. With the Bias you can also choose the width which can be nice depending on what width you like!

I'm 5'7" and I use a DIY version of this hammock with a Knotty Mod on the head and foot end and enjoy it very much. equally as comfortable as some of the bigger hammocks I've tried.

I think the nano will be fine for you. I know guys much bigger than you who've loved it. I like the Nano, but since getting the BIAS hammock, I haven't taken the nano out much.

Thanks! Leaning toward the Bias micro with the Knotty mod! Can't beat the weight plus I like to support our cottage industries!

I never used a Good choice! Bias stands behind their products, and I've been very pleased with mine, and I know I'm not the only person!

I just picked one of these up from a forum member and after just lounging in it I have a feeling my Hennessey is about gonna be shelved as soon as my tulle gets here and I make a bugnet for it. That thing is unbelievably comfy and roomy, and it's the 52" version. With suspension and DE stuffsack, that is way bigger than needed, it weighs 13.3oz Add a tulle bugnet and I'll be just over a pound out the door. Can't beat that!

WB traveler 12.5 oz include the suspension. Nano 7oz doesn't include the suspension.
I have the Nano and also WB traveler. WB traveler is more comfortable than Nano because it is bigger. You can also make a DIY hammock to fit your body frame.

    Good luck with your setup.
