I was looking for a combination of Length and Light Weight, and loved my 40 degree regular 1.1 ripstop nylon 3/4 Phoenix. At 15.1 ounces with the new suspension it is stellar. However, I wanted the full length for colder weather. I contacted Adam on doing a custom Phoenix, and after a few emails and material choices I had a custom long 20 degree Phoenix on order within 24 hours.
My height 5'9.
Length of Phoenix: 65
Width of Phoenix; 45
Material: 10 Denier
I waited about a month for this, but it was worth it. The reason for the wait was explained by Jenny as 900 down was on backorder. This is a fall and winter quilt, so I did not mind to wait. Also, Jenny contacted me last week and explained that there was a error in material, not there fault, but from the there supplier, and the custom length was right at the cut off of the fault in the material. Jenny wanted to know if I wanted the quilt with the error or if I wanted another quilt. We exchanged a few emails, and she responded quickly and with great urgency Jeny created another quilt. I had it with 72 hours after the fix. I want to recognize Adam and Jenny for establishing quality control within there business to make sure every quilt is superb even at the amount they produce.
Now the quilt.
If you look at the video attached you will see that the outline where the UQ ends at the head/foot ends.
I want to say thank you Adam and Jenny for creating a product of high quality and making sure it was perfect and up to their standards.
Thank you.
