I am looking at the Wenger sleeping bag from sierra trading post. I know most people on here are big topquilt fans and I like the idea but I'm trying to get all my equipment on a budget but still have quality.
So I was wondering what people had as opinions on Chimashield XP insulation (I will be mostly camping in the summer but the nights can get quite cold) and polyester lining.
Well here's the specs:
Insulation: Climashield®XP
Temp rating: 30°F, -1°C°F
Shell material: Polyester
Lining material: Polyester
Girth (shoulder/hip/foot): 64/60/40"
Fits to: 6'
Length: 82"
Stuff size: 15x7"
Zipper: Right
Stuff sack: Yes
Weight: 3 lb. 5 oz.
I know the weight is a little higher then a lot of topquilts but I am motorcycle camping so space is more important then saving a few ounces.

The deal seems pretty good on these right now and I figure if I really get into this I can always order a good top quilt later. But for now this seems like a good entry level top quilt. But I am really new to this and would appreciate opinions.
