    Hi Hammock Forums!

My name is Sean and I just recently started backpacking earlier this year and I got hooked.
I'm a bit of a bushcrafter so I like making shelters out of what I have around me.

My first outing, all I had, in terms of shelter, was a military wool blanket, a sleeping pad, and an emergency reusable blanket. (not the most comfy)

I started looking into forms of shelter after that and stumbled upon the Warbonnet blackbird and instantly fell in love with the idea. Light weight, comfortable, and best of all, no bugs.
Then I found Shug's videos on Youtube which led me to this forum.
Now I have a 1.7 single and some cheap tarp from Amazon.

Looking into getting a Gossamer pad and a Superfly soon.

Nice to meet ya and hope to get along with everyone!

Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
