Thanks for asking. I bought it to try it out is all. I have a few ULAs, circuit, ohm, cdt, as long as some zpacks blast and zero.

I love the shoulder straps on these as well, with pockets and such it's a
Sub 13oz backpack at 2300ci with extension collar as well.

The pack is well made and great for a SUL person looking for someone other than Cuben material. It's quality and craftsmanship is of high standards. Not taking anythin away from MLD but I just prefer my ULAs.

    Thanks again for asking.

I've been looking at the burn pack. How did you like it? better than the Zero?

As for longevity vs Cuben, its ULA quality. The extension collar is alot higher than say a ULA Ohm, also, the outside pocket is like the ULA Circuit. The side pockets are as big as the ULA circuit as well.

As for the zero, its Cuben. My cuben straps are detaching from the material, however the MLD burn shoulder straps are perfect in there size, shape. They are not thick like my Mariposa Plus 2012, the fat straps i hate. The MLD sits the same as a Zero in Small or Medium on a person who is 5'9-5'10 in torso.
