Even at 100 it looks like a decent deal. What is the ballpark temp rating on the 3 season?

I've slept comfortably to about 28 degrees, so I would say it is pretty accurately rated. I tend to be a warm sleeper, so ymmv.

The Jarbridge was my first underquilt and still one of my favorites. I used mine down to 28 degrees once and it did the trick. I would recommend it to anyone.

At 28 degrees, what padding do you use for the remaining 1/4 where you're not covered?

FWIW...i used my jarbridge 3-S down to 9° F ( so far ) no pads or extras......o.k. for me...but we hangers are a diverse lot.....

used the 1-S jarbridge to mid 30's...

i use the 1-S for the warm months usually to the mid 40's....and now just use the NewRiver for the rest ..like the length for the winter...only ½ pound more and no adjustment problems or feet on the shockcord syndrome ...

I am a warm sleeper so my 20 degree top quilt did the trick for my legs and feet. You could use a small pad like a sit lite pad or something.

I use this in the footbox of my top quilt. http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/65549...ultisport-seat

I tried a small piece of closed cell foam, but I got some condensation. This pad has some holes and and air layer, since it is self inflating. I only inflate it a little bit. I think this helps a little. REI and Thermorest make similar ones.

    4) I have a couple issues with the suspension. First, I'd love to have a channel suspension. I found myself unable to adequately move the quilt while in my hammock. That aside, I also found that the head end of the quilt doesn't have enough shock cord. I had too much coverage at the head end, but not enough on my legs.
The easiest fix for adjusting the Jarbridge (in my opinion) are the Uq "Triangle Thingies" also sold by AHE. They are pretty easy to make quick adjustments.

I love my Jarbridges, I have the one and three season version and they are both great. I have also had my three season in the 25ish range and slept comfortably. I used down booties and thick wool long underwear for the lower quarter, but I do not really feel the cold in my lower extremities and sleep pretty warm.
