I live in Litigious California... My first advice is check with a lawyer on your liability...

Can you move that land closer to San Diego? I'd make it easier for me to come hang out...

And yes, I can swing a hammer and operate a chainsaw . . .

I like the idea of a HOC but would not object to tent/tarp campers. In fact I think it would be far more successful if you would let not allow RV/Pop up tent and keep it to more primative type camping.

This campground/campair will only work as "primative" It can only accessed by foot or 4x4...

So John, You and cracker just start on both ends and meet in the middle. Not enuff East to West trails anyway...I will help!

I think that a standard release would be fine, and fairly cheap as far as lawyers go. Maybe some lawyers on the forum?? hmmm...I am glad I thought of that before I started with the bad lawyer jokes.

I think it's a great idea and your progress has been incredible. I try to go kayaking in your area every spring/summer and your property would be a great way to introduce my kayaking buddies to the joys of hanging. If we get that direction, I will definitely look you up. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your ideas and photos.
