Yeah, because following me worked so well for Great White!

Yeah that was a funny incident. I remember asking you the distance to the road. Your response: "about 100 feet". So I follow you towards the road. A short while later I ask about the distance again. Your response: "about 200 feet". Yeah I guess it must have been funny for everyone at the campsite as this was happening around them. We even came back into the camp from the opposite direction from which we left.

Because of this incident and others, I now have a compass on order.

Missed 2 days being under the weather and this thing is growing! Looking like a lot of fun to be had.

Timberrr and I had hoped to make this hang this year. But alas, it is not meant to be. My father is planning a visit that weekend, so hiking to a campsite is out.

The good news is that camping is not completely out of the equation that weekend. I think I have talked him into glamping trip over at Ocala National Forest. What he could never grasp is that even though you guys are hiking in, it's still nearly glamping with all the good eats and good folks that will be there.

You & Timberrr need to make it to one of our hikes sometime. Loads of fun! BTW, I'm still an ultralight backpacker. It's just that these guys slip Dutch Ovens, steaks, saws, and firewood into my pack!

So what should I bring? Wood, Food, Charcoal? If its food, please be specific. One thing for sure is I'm bringing bug spray. The chiggers are still giving me a fit 2 weeks after 3FH and 2 different bottles of finger nail polish!

A small bag of charcoal would probably be good. It sounds like the Dutch Ovens will be doing overtime!

Just a little sinus congestion thing, about have it under control. O-Boy those chiggers are color sensitive. Try some Fushia.

You're going to have to give us a demonstration of how you paint the nails on those chiggers!!! You must use a tiny brush!
