FLRider if it looks like you're going to make it and you're on your bike swing by Lakeland and we'll do the last leg togeather. Either me on the handle bars or you and gear in the truck.

Thank'ee for the offer.
I might just take you up on that; it's only about twenty more miles than the Hike & Hang was this year, looking at Google Maps. That'd put me in the 120 to 130 mile day range...I don't know if I have that in me, but I'd like to find out some time.
Though, considering that my 97-mile day had me coming just after dark, I might have to leave before dawn in order to get there in time...
Not sure that I'd trust google maps. From the south side of Lakeland I'm 35 miles to Richloam and mapquest shows 3 options to Frostproof from the house between 43 and 43.99 miles. Maybe I can just meet you half way. plenty of time to work that out.

I'll be there this year for the weekend instead of the couple hour visit I had last year. I have a couple of friends that are ground dwellers, is it okay if they come along?
Is this the site by the creek in the Arbuckle Forest?

Well, crud. It looks like the homecoming game is going to be at noon. Which means that our rush at work is going to be in the middle of my shift. I'm going to have to miss this one.
Sorry, folks. I hope to see the lot of youse at the Third Annual Hang, though.
