I just sprung for the Ridgerunner SL, Cloudburst tarp, and full-length Lynx UQ. With guylines for the tarp and postage, it comes to $564. Quite a dent in the wallet, hopefully a worthwhile one.

I'll have to start saving for this also. Great job Brandon.
"No whining in the woods"
No Lynx here. I'm planning to pick-up a couple of the new underquilts next month.
I did manage to fit a couple of my JRB quilts to our RRs. Not an ideal fit by a long way, but effective at keeping me plenty warm. The Jacks' quilts are about a foot longer (mine are the "long" versions) than they need to be for this hammock and substantially wider at the footend than is needed. I just clipped the head-end to the same loops the spreader bar utilizes using novelty biners and the loops sewn on the corners of the JRB quilts. The foot-end required a couple more novelty biners and some shockcord to go out to my attachment point. Then I just cinched the foot-end of the quilt; boom! Got a nice warm place to sleep.
I wouldn't want to do this in the field, unless I had to, but at home it's just fine. I could pretty easily add a couple of loops in strategic positions on my existing quilts, but the fit would never approach the fit achieved with the Lynx quilts. And I'd have excess quilt just hanging over the sides. Cannibal has to look goooood in the woods.
Trust nobody!
It's... it's finally here... and I'm still NO closer to a decision! >.<
I've decided I want either a BB or a RR, but I'm absolutely torn between the two. I'm a stomach/side sleeper, so I want to lean towards the RR, but then I have other concerns, as many other folks here do: will standard quilts work as well as the Lynx specialty (which Cannibal has weighed in on), will other tarps just fit the RR, or will they fit comfortably, etc.
I vote you, Brandon, set up a "Warbonnet Expo" in some random location in the woods so us locals (and other die-hards?) can come check things out hands-on! XD I fear that may be the only way I could ever make the decision... lol... At least I probably have until Christmas to worry about that, though, 'cause my wife is already eyeballing me every time she sees a hammock or any hammock-related product on my screen, hahaha.
