Another thread to claim that Warbonnet Customer service rocks.

Man, I ordered a Superfly from Brandon and the guy is just a pleasure to do business with.

Responsive on emails and goes the distance, I needed the tarp really fast and he went out of his way and worked out a solution for me.

In the days we are living in today, it sure was refreshing to work with someone who cares about their customers and are willing to work out of the box.

My next hammock/underquilt/topquilt will be a WB. Thanks Brandon.

Just got the super fly up and operational and spent 1/2 of my day off looking for shock cord. Nobody carries decent shock chord locally and the fabric stores only have granny pantie cordage.

Going out on Friday and will have to use my cheapo white shock chord from the old days.

Using the yellow deema chord that Brandon sells and did a single ridge line with a figure 9 and a knot bone on prusicks and nite eyes #0 stainless clip on prusicks to hold the tarp.

Very happy with the tarp and the service from Brandon and looking forward to more gear down the road.
