    Not your usual hang

I have been so busy lately
that I don't get any chances to go out hiking or packing,
So not many chances to sleep in my hammock.

So, when I was looking at the logistics of a job I had
to move a fine Fellow and his wife to Vernon 200+ miles / 350 Km away . . .

    . . . i thought . . . hey I could hang for this . . . I mean during this
The timing would be load in the morning leave by 1300hr
arrive at 1900hr, and unload in the morning.

Wit me needing a place to stay for the night
I decided to Hang in my clients new back yard,
with his permission of course, and yes He did think it was a little weird.

On the way home of course, as I was in no hurry, with a day off the following day,
I decided to pick a camp ground close to home, Just before Christina Lake.
I pulled in late, and the lady, takin' a likin' to my business name,
pulled the rate from $36 a night to $14

As a side note: I thought it was very cool to pull into Vernon at 6:30 ish
    and
as the Vernon Army Cadet Camp straddles the Hwy
and the final Parade was in commotion at that time.
    So I stopped to do a little reminisce . . .
. . . and wouldn't you know it, they were about to do what I did 40 years ago to date,
They were about to fire the ""Fue de Joie"" Fire of Joy
and I filmed it for me and all who might be interested

Bradley ; you hang when you can . Your being a good provider to your family. Great truck BTW and good Name.
On the July 7th weekend i was in the Okanagan for a wedding ,,thought about hanging for a few days in that area while i was their. That was the weekend it was 95-100F. I stayed in the motel with AC for the wedding and then came home with a lunch break stop at Christina Lake. Too hot for this cowboy. Cooler weather comin

I still think it's cool you snuck in a hang when you could. Also, the name and photo of your company still cracks me up. Hilarious!
