Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
We were upriver from the Raccoon Mountain pumped storage facility. It is actually Prentice Cooper SF property. There are sites all along the river for about 2 miles or so. Some open and some really private. Check out http://www.canoetennessee.com His map is pretty detailed about where to camp, and the coolest thing is it's free!Originally Posted by Ewker
