Adventures in hanging along the PCT

I have spent the past 2+ weeks hiking and hanging along the southern 2/3's of Oregon's PCT. It's been a great journey. Below is a description of the first part of the trip.

Spectacular photos and a great write up on your blog. Thanks for inspiring me to get out even more. Grew up in California. Spent summers in Washington and now realized exactly what I was missing as we drove through Oregon so many times. Thanks for taking the time to journal and share your trek!

There were a few days were the bugs were a nuisance, but mostly they either non-existent or just a minor issue. I hope they are still not an issue when I head out into the North Cascades this weekend to finish up the trip.
