    Diamond style tarp suggestions

I want a diamond style tarp to use in conjunction with the Warbonnet Blackbird hammock.

I have been using the Warbonnet A-sym diamond tarp, but it does not provide ample coverage over the shelf area.

Can anyone suggest a good diamond style tarp that would remedy my problem?

Thanks in advance for all constructive answers

Check out gargoyle's Ogee, it is a kind of hybrid. Will be my next tarp.

Zpacks has an 8.5x8.5 ft diamond that comes in at 6.1oz. It's pricey though at $230.

I might ask if I can get an 8x8 from them, as 8.5x8.5 seems too large for my needs. (I just know my 9x9 is huge)

That said, Kelty 9x9 is pretty affordable and versatile.

Yep, what Teegs said, contact Joe from Zpacks with exactly what you want. You should be under 5 ounces in cuben.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

My only gripe about Zpacks tarps is that they don't put in metal grommets. I'd like them for trekking pole usage for porch mode. He does have trekking pole attachments, but they look annoying to use in the pictures. I'd rather keep it simple. IMHO

Here is our Diamond Tarp. We dont use grommets, but we do use 1" D rings which work just as well.

Thanks guys. 140 is a lot more than I planned to spend. I may try the Kelty Noah's 9 how is the coverage compared to a blackbird?
